Gary York was hired as Sr. Pastor and the growth continued. Over the next 20 years, Eastview expanded her worship facilities three times in order to keep up with the weekly attendance which now averaged over 2700. Prayerfully, the leadership decided it was time to seek relocation again. God provided in a powerful way with nearly 100 acres of undeveloped farm land on the northernmost edge of Normal, Illinois. In November of 1999, with many miracles and God’s continued provision; Eastview Christian Church moved to its current location. Growth slowed briefly, but by the end of 2006, the church was averaging nearly 3,400 in weekend attendance.
